Two linked seminars led by Mr. Ken Robinson.

26 April:  “Freud the Man and the Clinician. The Rat Man case”

10 May: “Freud’s metapsychology revisited. The Wolf Man case”

Mr Ken Robinson  is a psychoanalyst in private practice in Newcastle upon Tyne, a member of the British Psychoanalytical Society and its Honorary Archivist.  He is a training analyst for child and adolescent and adult psychotherapy in the North of England and Scotland, a Visiting Professor in Psychoanalysis at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and lectures, teaches and supervises in the UK and Europe.

As well as the talk and discussion, there will be a session in the afternoon where participants can share relevant clinical material

Mr Chris Mawson is a Fellow and Training and Supervising Analyst of the British Psychoanalytical Society and works in private practice as a psychoanalyst.

Dr Sara Flanders received her doctorate in English Literature at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She has worked at Brent Adolescent Centre since 1989 and also works as a psychoanalyst in private practice. She is a Fellow and Training Analyst with the British Psychoanalytic Society.

Mr Andrea Sabbadini is a Fellow of the British Psychoanalytical Society and its Director of Publications. He works in private practice in London, is a trustee of the Freud Museum, a member of the IPA Committee on Psychoanalysis and Culture, and the director of the European Psychoanalytic Film Festival.

Ms Estela Rubinstein Gloger is a psychoanalyst and a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, trained at the Institute of Psychoanalysis and the former Lincoln Centre for Psychotherapy. She is a Fellow of the British Psychoanalytic Society, a member of the International Psychoanalytic Association, a training therapist and supervisor for the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), and is registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). She worked for many years in the NHS and now works in private practice with adults struggling with a wide range of emotional difficulties. She teaches for the Institute of Psychoanalysis, BPF and other psychotherapy organisations, and is a consultant to the London Clinic of Psychoanalysis.

Dr Tom Camps originally trained as an art therapist, then went on to qualify as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, Birmingham. Currently in private practice with a particular interest in Metapsychology and Neuroscience. Involved with a charity set up to enable those on low income to access psychotherapy.
