Laid Down
Speaker: Emily Cooper
Laid Down (2006) opened the Fourth European Psychoanalytic Film festival in 2007, and Flown (2006) won first prize in the Cinecam Film Festival in 2007. Both have been screened extensively in psychoanalytic seminars, conferences and training courses, throughout Europe. Emily has just finished her most recent film Confusion of Tongues (2009). She is currently completing a masters in animation at the Royal College of Art in London.
Emily Cooper is a filmmaker working with a combination of animation and live action footage to produce short films based around psychoanalytic themes.
This event is free for WMIP Members. For non Members a fee of £10 will be charged.

The BMI is on the junction of Harborne Road and Highfield Road. Large car park at the rear, access off Highfield Road. Directions.
