The Public Lectures
The Jungian Training also organises an annual series of 6 lectures which are open to interested members of the public. The lectures are held on a Saturday on the University of Birmingham's Edgbaston campus.
The lectures are given by members of WMIP and by visiting speakers. In keeping with our ethos, the public lecture programme will include speakers with expertise in non-Jungian analytic practice whose experience and thinking are judged to have a contribution to make to the Jungian culture in the West Midlands.
The Public Lectures are open, lively events, in which discussion and active participation on the part of all who attend is very much welcomed and encouraged. They are also an opportunity for people interested, on whatever basis, in Jung and Jungian psychotherapy to meet each other, and to meet members of the Jungian training and of the wider community of Jungians in the West Midlands.
