The West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy,
the region’s leading professional and training organisation for psychoanalytical and Jungian analytical psychotherapies.

WMIP members offer psychotherapy for individuals who are experiencing many kinds of difficulties in their lives, and you will find a list of member psychotherapists here.

The Institute provides a regular programme of seminars, lectures and other training opportunities, many of which are open to the public.

For health professionals we have information about professional services provided by WMIP and our members. We also have details of our membership benefits and the training involved to become a qualified member of WMIP.

Compton VerneyThis year’s Summer Conference on Saturday, 5th September will be held at Compton Verney, Warwickshire, and entitled “Subversions of the Self: Some Thoughts About the State We're In”. The speaker will be Jane Cheshire and the event is linked to the exhibition “Subversive Spaces”.
